I was a first time home buyer. Blind as heck as to what to do when applying for a mortgage. I knew my past wasn't the best so I was doubtful and I also knew I had probably the bare minimum for purchasing a home. My brother n law referred me to Joe and from then on my journey began . As stressful as it is looking for a home these days, Joe always kept my hopes high, for that I am greatfull. When finally my fiance and I found a home we would like to purchase I gave Joe a rang and it was on. Through this journey we hit so many snags due to every scenario out there . Many times I thought this wasn't going to work, joe went far beyond what he had to. He got my parents involved and he never gave up on me, even when my fiance and I started to except that maybe it just wasn't going to be our time. With Joe never giving up on us and staying positive and running every scenario he made it happen ! For that I am beyond grateful once again and thank you couldn't sum this up enough! My past was a bit dark and if you would of asked me a few years ago if I'd own a home , i would say no chance unfortunately. Joe brought me back to life more than you could imagine .
